I just want to tell you to keep working hard in practices and continue being as focused as you clearly are right now. I’m a 27 year old goalie in a competitive garage league and I am using your positional and hybrid setups as a guide for my play. I am improving every game. Keep up the good work and hope you destroy that pylon of a goalie they call LUONGO tonight in Vancouver.
Carey – Roberto Luongo is one of the wolds best goalies but he gave up 3 goals on 3 shots the other night. Why? Because his team hung him out to dry! He was able to bounce back last night when the rest of the team showed up. I know you can do the same. You had absolutely no chance on at least 3 of those goals. Good Luck the rest of the way. Rick

Keep in mind that fans are looking for something to blame when Mtl looses. Most Mtl fans have unreal expectations – they are still caught up in the 70’s when they were winning all the time. They think that just because they are Montreal that they are expected to win every night. High expectations are important but we must be realistic. You have all the tools to be an mvp goalie now all you have to do is visualize that you’re playing in Atlanta or Nashville or an AHL team and forget about what the Mtl fans are reacting like. F em. Think of what’s the fans are doing: They’re letting off their emotions because they’re mad that Mtl isn’t winning and thus hurting the team even more by risking one of the most gifted goalies in recent history.
My son looks up to you a great deal. He is an aspiring goalie. Unfortunately even with all the training we give him we live in an area where the teams are all prepicked and he cannot make a rep team. Do you have any words of advice. He is thinking of quiting but I hate to see this happen.
